I have BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychotherapy & Counselling from Middlesex University.
I am trained in G.A.T.L.A Couples Counselling.
I also have specific training in Suicide, Self Harm and Bereavement.
I attend workshops on many different topics on a regular basis.
I am a fully accredited member with the IACP and adhere to their code of ethics.
I attend regular supervision, as well as being actively involved in breaking the stigma that surrounds mental health issues; I attend workshops and seminars providing continued professional development.
I view my role as a therapist is to act as a facilitator, to mirror, assist and help reconnect my clients with their own inner resources, to overcome difficulties, and move towards healthy fully functioning and all round wellbeing.
