How long is a session?

Sessions are fifty minutes to an hour.

How much is a session?

The fee is sixty euros individual. Eighty couple.

How many sessions do I need?

I would initially start with six to twelve sessions once weekly, but sessions are unlimited dependent on each client’s needs.

What is confidential?

On your first visit we will discuss the limits of confidentiality, before counselling will begin.

How do I make an appointment?
